These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e98com (" e98com", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the e98com online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at https://e98com.org.

• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended e98com account. Only one account per person is permitted across all e98com platforms and services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on the e98com platform.
• You must be accessing e98com from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

e98com reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where an account is found to have been opened in breach of these eligibility requirements, e98com may close the account immediately and withhold any balance pending full investigation. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at e98com's sole discretion following KYC review.

Each registered player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their e98com Login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

e98com will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from e98com that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Accounts that remain inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to e98com support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules before the account is closed.

All financial transactions on e98com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e98com does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. Before any withdrawal is processed, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed. This involves providing a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of address. e98com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to request additional documentation at any time.

e98com offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions during PSL and international match series. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players aged 21 and above only.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") must be completed within the stated time window before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds when calculating wagering contributions.
• e98com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to settlement of any bets already placed using bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of technical errors, collusion between players to trigger bonus conditions, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid on designated slot titles only and expire after the period stated in the specific offer terms.

All bets and wagers placed on e98com are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount in PKR, and any other parameters — before confirmation. e98com does not accept requests to void bets after they have been confirmed, except in the limited circumstances described below.

For sports betting, including cricket and PSL markets, the following general rules apply:

• e98com follows standard international sports betting settlement conventions unless otherwise specified in game-specific rules.
• In-play bets accepted after a relevant event has concluded (due to any technical delay in data transmission) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement beyond 48 hours, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance in PKR.
• For live casino games, the result displayed at the time of settlement is final. Any technical issues affecting your connection during a live game session are your responsibility, and bets already confirmed and settled are not eligible for reversal on the basis of connectivity problems.
• For slots and RNG games, the outcome generated by the certified random number generator at the time of each game round is final and binding.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game payouts (for example, an obvious pricing error), e98com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e98com and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one e98com account, either individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the e98com platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation in connection with bets placed on e98com.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the e98com platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financially motivated fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profit in a manner that was not intended by e98com.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion order, account restriction, or platform access block imposed by e98com.

Where e98com identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to withhold all funds in the relevant account — including both deposited amounts and winnings — pending a full investigation. e98com's determination in such matters is final and binding.

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any e98com content without express prior written authorisation from e98com.

Any unauthorised use of e98com intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Pakistani and international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e98com, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the e98com platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated gaming revenue.
• Loss of data or information stored in connection with your e98com account.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the e98com platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory action.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party software providers whose content is delivered via the e98com platform.
• Any financial losses arising from your own gaming decisions, wagering strategies, or reliance on information published on the e98com platform.

e98com's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your e98com account balance at the time the relevant claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits e98com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

e98com collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the e98com Privacy Policy in full.

Your personal information — including your CNIC number, mobile number, address, and financial transaction data — is processed solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. e98com does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. e98com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — e98com will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the e98com platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied immediately without notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version came into effect. Your continued use of e98com following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the e98com platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents e98com from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its players.
